2 TBSP Oil
1 piece Onion chopped
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 TBSP Dried shrimp
2 TBSP Sambal Chili
2 cups Water
SET - B ------- ( Add - 0ns )
1.5 tsp Sugar
5 TBSP Tomato Paste/ Ketchup
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Tapioca starch starch + 3 TBSP water
3 pieces Eggs beaten

Chili Crab was invented by the original owners of Palm Beach restaurant in Bedok, Singapore, over half a century ago. At the behest of spicy loving customers in the East area, she went from the boring BBQ and steaming to tossing them in chili and tomato sauce.

- Let it boil
- Add crab
- Cover and simmer 2-3 min

- Stir and cook for 2 min
