400g Yellow Chickpeas ( Boiled ) Preferably, If can take out skin
2 pieces Avocado
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin Powder
3 TBSP Olive Oil ( Extra virgin )
6 TBSP Tahini Paste
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 TBSP Hot Water
SET - B ----- (Avocado Fusion)
1 piece Avocado
1 piece Green Chili (without seed) To Taste
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 cup Coriander Leaf Finely chopped
SET - C ----- (Dressing)
1 tsp Sumac Toss up
1 tsp Cumin Toss up
2 TBSP Olive Oil Drizzle on top of hummus
