Ingredients

SET - A ------- (Main Ingredient )
1.3 kg Crab
4 TBSP Black Pepper coarsely grounded
70 g Butter
1 tsp Oil
1 piece Onion thinly slice
5 cloves Garlic chopped
1/4 cup Curry Leaves
2 cup Water
2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
SET - B ------- ( Add - ons )
1 tsp Sugar
2 TBSP Dark Soya Sauce
Cornstarch 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 TBSP water

Cooking the Crab

- Fry black pepper without oil 10-15 seconds
- Add butter and oil
- Add remaining of SET - A except the crab
- Mix well
- Let it boil
- Add crab
- Cover and boil 10-12 min
- Add SET - B
- Thicken sauce according to your preference
