8 TBSP Unsalted Butter Softened
1 cup Sugar
1 piece Egg
1 piece Lemon Zest
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
4 drops Yellow Food Coloring ( optional )

Mixing Dry Ingredients

- Mix SET -A all together in a bowl and keep aside.

Making Dough

- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy
- Crack and egg and beat with the butter
- Add Lemon zest
- Add lemon juice, beat until combined
- Add in SET - A and beat
- Add food coloring ( OPTIONAL )
- Mix, cover with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for an hour
- Form the dough into balls and roll in confectioner / powdered sugar
- Place in a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 350 F for 14 min.
