Ingredients

SET - A ------- ( Chili Paste )
16 pieces Prawn
1 head Garlic peeled
3 pieces Sweet Chili ( Large ) seeds removed
1 piece Birdseye Chili seeds removed
100 ml Olive Oil
1 cup Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
1 piece Lemon Juice + Lemon Zest

Making Paste

- Toast SET - A 15- 20 min, except parsley and seasoning
- Blend into paste
- Add parsley and seasoning

Preparing prawn/ Cooking

- Slice through the back of the prawns from the head to tail. Remove the vein and open the prawns to lay flat.
- Brush prawns with chili mix and cook flesh-side down for 1-2 minutes until red and lightly charred.
-Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon zest. Squeeze over lemon juice and serve immediately.
