1 cup Semolina
½ cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
⅛ tsp Salt
3 pieces Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Yogurt
¾ cup Butter melted
SET -B ------- ( Cream Filling)
2 cup Milk
2 TBSP Sugar
¼ cup Milk Powder
2 TBSP Flour
2 TBSP Corn Starch
2 TBSP Orange Blossom Water
¼ cup Thick Cream
SET -C ------- ( Syrup Preparation )
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 TBSP Rose Water
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
8 pieces Almond Cut into half

Cream filled basbousa is moist, spongy, sweet, melts in your mouth and very easy to make.

Making Batter

- Mix SET -A all together
- Grease baking pan with butter
- Pour over half of SET -A Basbousa batter
- Bake for 15 min at 170C

Cream Filling

- Cook SET -B over low heat fire until thicken
- Add thick cream
- Set aside

Syrup Preparation

- Cook SET -C over low heat fire
- Set aside
- Pour over SET -B to SET -A
- Add the remaining SET -A
- Add almonds for toppings
- Bake at 180C for 30 min
- Sprinkle crushed Pistachio on top
- Pour Sugar Syrup
