2 pounds Chicken Breast Boiled and Shredded
Pastry
SET - B --------- ( Gravy Mixture )
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Flour
4 cups Chicken Stocks
To Taste Salt
Pinch Pepper
Pinch Nutmeg
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 of Lemon Lemon Juice
SET - C ------- ( Add - Ons )
1 cup Carrots ( boiled ) Small Dice Cut
1 cup Potato ( boiled ) Small Dice Cut
1 cup Green Peas ( boiled ) Small Dice Cut
1 Egg For brushing
Butter / Olive Oil For brushing

Making Sauce

- In a pan, mix butter and flour in a medium heat fire.
- Keep stirring
- Slowly add chicken stocks
- Add remaining SET - B ingredients

Adding Vegetables

- Add Set C except egg and butter for brushing
- Mix in the chicken

Baking

- Place the mixture in an individual baking bowl
- Cut pastry dough
- Brush edges of the bowl with eggs
- Cover with pastry dough and seal
- Bake at 400F for 25 min
- Brush with some butter or olive oil before serving
