1 loaf Bread ( wholemeal or white )
1 can Evaporated milk
2 cup Water
4 pieces Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Cranberry Optional
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Butter ( For Toppings )

Preparing Bread

- Cut the edges of bread
- Cut into small bites
- Set aside

Baking

- Mix all ingredients together except butter
- Soak for 15 min
- Pour into butter greased pan
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon powder
- Top with bits of butter
- Bake at 185C for 40-45 min
