1 kg Beef with bone / Oxtail
SET - B ( Blend & Paste )
5 pieces Onion ( Small Shallot )
3 pieces Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1 inch Galangal
2 TBSP White Pepper
1 tsp Nutmeg ( Optional )
2 pieces Candlenut ( Optional )
SET - C ( Stir Fry )
2 TBSP Oil
5 pieces Onion ( Small )
3 pieces Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1 inch Galangal
2 Stick Lemon Grass
SET - D ( Soup Mix )
1 Litre Hot Water
2 whole pcs Potato ( Cut in 1 inch chunk ) 15 min
1 piece Carrot ( Cut in 1 inch chunk ) 15 min
1 tsp Salt
2 pieces Chili
6 pieces Star Anise
2 pieces Cloves
2 pieces Cinnamon Stick
SET - D ( Toppings )
1/2 cup Fried Onion / Beresta
1/2 cup Coriander Leaf

Blend & Paste

- In a blender make paste with ingredients SET - B
- Stir fry the paste
- Set aside

Stir Fry

- In a cooking pot add oil and stir fry SET - C
- Add paste from SET - B
- Then add Beef / Oxtail and stir fry for 5 min
- Cook until the beef is tender

Prepare Soup Mix

- Add ingredients SET - D
- Cook for 20 min
