3.5 cups White Bread Flour
½ cup Whole meal Flour
SET - B ------- ( Wet Ingredients )
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Yeast
2 tsp Caraway Seeds Optional and can use any kind of seeds you prefer
4 tsp Linseeds
320 ml Warm Water
1 piece Egg For brushing

Soup bowls made of bread. The obvious perk here is that you do not have to do the washing up after your meal because you can eat the bowl. This recipe makes 2 large bowls. You can divide the dough into smaller pieces to make more smaller ones.

Setting Wet Ingredients

- In a bowl, mix SET - B and keep aside

Making Dough

- Add in SET - A, mix to a dough with scraper, continue mixing by hand
- I a clean table, knead the dough for 5-7 min
- Cover and ferment for 45 min
- Fold
- Ferment for 45 min
- Divide and preshape-
- Rest for 30 min
- Shape the balls and place them on a tray with baking paper
- Rest for 1 hour

Baking

- Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds
- Bake for for 35 mins in 160 C preheated oven
- Let it cool for 30 mins before scooping out the inside
