5-6 lb Whole Chicken Giblets removed, patted dry
2.5 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 TBSP Butter Melted
1 piece Lemon Halved
SET - B ------- ( Add - ons )
6 pieces Potato
3 pieces Carrots
1 pieces Onion
1 piece of head Garlic Cut into half parallel
4 sprigs Rosemary
1 TBSP Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Preparing Chicken

- Place veggies in a mixing bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place chicken in a roasting pan
- Pat dry inside and out with paper towels
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Stuffed the chicken with Garlic,Lemon and Rosemary
- Melt butter and brush all over the chicken
- Tie the legs together and tuck the wings under the bird.
- Spread veggies around th chicken
- Roast in the oven uncovered for 80-90 minutes at 425F
