135g Salted Butter softened
60g Icing Sugar
1 piece Egg
½ tsp Vanilla
240g All Purpose Flour Sieved
10g Corn Starch
SET - B ------- ( Pastry Cream
400 ml Full Cream Milk
100 ml Whipping Cream
5 pieces Egg Yolk
25 g All Purpose Flour
30 g Corn Starch
80 g Caster Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla Essence
SET - B ------- ( Fruits )
Strawberry
Kiwi
Blueberry

Making pastry

- Mix SET - A all together except flour and cornstarch until creamy and well combine
- Sieve flour and cornstarch
- Add to SET - A and beat until it forms into a ball
- Cover with cling wrap and chill for 1 hour
- Grease moulding tart with butter
- Press the pastry into the mould
- Prick with fork
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Bake at 170C preheated oven for 25 min
- Keep it cool

Making Pastry Cream

- Bring to boil milk and whipping cream
- Set aside
- Mix and beat the remaining ingredients for SET - B, whisk to smooth paste
- Whisk egg yolk mixture with some hot milk, keep whisking
- Cook in medium heat and whisk constantly until thick
- Strain
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Whisk until smooth
- Pipe the pastry cream into the tart
- Flatten with spoon
- Arrange the fruits of your choice
