Adjust Servings:

½ cup Butter
3 TBSP Powdered Sugar
1 piece Egg beaten
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
SET - B ------- ( Filling )
1.5 cup Flour
1 cup Hot Water
⅓ cup Sugar
3 pieces Eggs
¼ cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Making Crust

-Melt butter with whisker
- Add sugar & mix until creamy
- Add SET A. Knead for 2 min.
- Keep in the fridge for 30 min.

Making Filling

- Mix SET B1 until dissolved & let it cool
- Mix SET B2 & B1.
- Strain & keep aside
- Roll the dough evenly & cut
- Brush moulder with oil
- Lightly press the dough in moulder
- Prick with fork & chill in the fridge for 15 min
- Pour custard
- Bake 25 min/ 190F
