Ingredients

SET - A ------- ( Wet Ingredients )
165 ml Warm milk
1 tsp ( 5 g ) Caster sugar
1 tsp ( 3 g ) Instant Yeast
SET - B ------- ( Dough )
1.75 cup ( 220 g ) Bread flour
1 TBSP Milk Powder
2 tsp Salt
1.25 TBSP ( 15 g ) Caster sugar
SET - C ------- ( Add- ons )
1 TBSP ( 15 g ) Soften butter

Setting Yeast

- Mix SET - A, rest for 5 min

Making Dough

- In a mixing bowl, mix SET - B
- Pour SET -A and mix well with spatula
- Add SET - C
- Knead for 6- 8 min in a stand mixer until dough is soft and elastic
- Flour the surface of kneading top
- Knead dough soft and smooth
- Oil the clean bowl
- Cover dough and rest for 40-50 mins or until double in size
- Press to exhaust the air from dough
- Buttered the loaf pan
- Place the dough and cover/rest for 40-50 min
- Bake in preheated oven 165C-190C for 20-25 min
