2 litre Water
4 pieces Garlic
1 pieces Onion
2 pieces Bay leaf
4 pieces Lemon Slice
SET - C ----- ( Spice Mix )
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
SET - D ( Coating Mix )
1/2 Cup Flour ( Regular / All Purpose )
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

- In a bowl make brine water and Store the chicken for 3- 24 hours

- In a mixing bowl all ingredients of SET C mix well
- Rub Spice mix all over the chicken

- In a mixing bowl add ingredients from SET D, mix well
- Lightly coat the flour mix and ready for deep fry
- Toss out excess flour before putting it into the fryer

- Deep fry in 350F heated oil
