5 pieces Croissants
½ cup Pistachios
½ cup Almond Flakes toasted
1 cup Shredded Coconut toasted
½ cup Raisin
SET - B ------- ( Milk Mixture )
2 cup Full Cream Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Condensed Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Ground Cardamom
1 TBSP Butter

Layering

- Tear up the croissants into bite size pieces and place half to create one layer in a well buttered baking dish
- Sprinkle half the shredded coconut, toasted almond flakes, pistachios, and raisins.
- Repeat layer

Making Milk Mixture

- Mix SET - B in a saucepan over low heat
- Mix very well, bring to a gentle simmer and turn off heat
- Pour the hot milk mixture over the croissant mixture, it will soak it all up.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 170°C or until the top is golden brown.
